Al Afaq International is a prominent construction company founded in 2013. Starting with just two team members, the company has grown into a leading industry player, successfully delivering over 340 projects to date. With an annual revenue of 3 million KD, Al Afaq demonstrates a strong commitment to quality, excellence, and consistent performance.

Timeline

Al Afaq is founded by 2 people Mr. Ramana Reddy and Mr. Fhaid Alenezi. The company hires its first employees and establishes its office in Jahra.

2013

The company secures its first project. The company completes approximately 30 projects, including subcontracts.

2014

The company expands its services to include MEP Services. The company hires additional employees and purchases new equipment to support its growth.

2015

The company introduces new technology to improve its construction processes and efficiency. Company hired additional 50 personnel. The company begins to implement sustainable construction practices in its projects.

2016

The company celebrates its fifth anniversary. The company completes a record number of projects, exceeding its annual revenue goals. The company invests in employee training and development to improve skills and efficiency.

2017

The company diversifies its services to include US Defence Base Projects The company establishes partnerships with local suppliers and subcontractors.

2018

The company hired an additional 50 personnel and expand its operations starts a new office in Dajeej, Farwaniya. The company created different departments.

2019

The company adopts to the Covid-19 pandemic by implementing new safety protocols and remote work arrangements. The company began the process for ISO Certifications.

2020 COVID

The company receieves ISO 9001- 14001, 45001 by Buraeu of Veritas.

2021

The company completed over 190 projects, 300 maintenance projects, and 15 infrastructure projects. Started a new carpentry workshops.

2022

Alafaq elobrated to Saudi and Qatar branding as AIGCC Group by completing 94% of projects within time line and paid up capital increasing to KWD 10,000,000

2023

AIGCC achieved Grade 3 level in Kuwait Contractors Qualifications. Approved as MEW Contractors. AIGCC is now a Multi-Departmental Company.

2024

Alafaq Finished Shuwaikh Waterfront Beach Project. One of the biggest infrastructure and landscaping project in record.
